Namibia Government needs to send an official letter to 'btcna@coinsgov.org' to apply for transaferring ownership of the reserved coins. The letter should include a Namibia Government controlled BTCNA address. After verified and coins transfered, the letter and the adddress will be published here.

Bitcoin Namibia ("BTCNA") is a decentralized cryptocurrency with large percentage of mined coins reserved for Namibia Government to claim and hold.
Based on Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Namibia has the same level of code security as Bitcoin.
